You have to check the stone guard in the wheel well.

If you have been offroading, you may have torn it. Turn the wheel completely to the right and shine a light to whatever looks like the wheel is rubbing. This is easily seen if the car is dirty as it will be a small clean patch. If a clip or something is missing, just rivet it back in.

I hit something very hard with my right front rim. the tire now rubs the wheel well. What have I bent =, dammaged ect.?

Depends on what you mean by rubbing on wheel well?

if the wheel is bent inwards, so when the steering is set straight ahead, the damaged wheel is angled inwards or outwards then the tracking arm is bent!

if the wheel well has dropped on the damaged side then it probably is the suspension!

Trembling driver side 40mph front tire

sounds like you may have a cracked Rack N Pinion, could be that something needs to get Welded down there. Something like the Rack Pinion casing can crack and allow the CV shaft to protrude far enough to hit your ball joint during turns thus hindering rotational movement

Where is the battery located on a 1998 plymouth breeze

On a 98 Plymouth Breeze, I think you access the battery from one of the front wheel wells because it's located under one of the fenders. I'm not sure which side it's on, but you should be able to get to it by turning your wheels all the way in one direction.

Two problems.. the guage for gas keeps going up and down.. and some times when i turn the wheel.. usually in reverse.. it makes a klunk noice near the front driver wheel.. just got the car two weeks ago.....

The gas gauge in these vehicles usually has a problem with the sending unit in the gas tank. The fuel pump and sending unit would have to be removed, requiring the gas tank to come out. Should have this tested to be sure before replacing any parts. As well a klunk noise when turning the wheel could be many things, they are known for bad strut bearings/ mounts which can cause what many would describe as a popping noise. They also have problems with springs breaking, control arm bushings, etc. o really tell the problem it should be checked by someone with experience in the matter. hope this will help good luck.

Driver front side wheel

Sounds like you have a failing wheel bearing. Once you start hearing it, does it get louder or more high pitched the faster you go? Do you hear it get quieter when you turn left at speed, or louder when you go right at speed? If any of those are a yes, I'd have the wheel bearing inspected and replaced if necessary.
