Question about 2002 Ford SVT Focus
It is located behind the inner (plastic) wheel well on the passenger side front between the front of the wheel and the headlight. The simplest way is to remove a few of the screws holding the plastic wheel well liner in and you can squeeze in with a can of refrigerant with a short hose. You could probably take the wheel off to make it easier. I would guess that they hid it here for some reason. I had to hunt for mine about a week ago.
