Sounds like you have a front suspension issue, there are alot of parts it could be, the first thing I would do is jack the front up to get tires off the ground and shake all the suspension parts really good, they should all be stiff, another option is take it to a shop that does alignments, they will quote you what is wrong and what will fix it :)
