Check for other items that are on the same fuse as the turn signals to see if they work. The turn signal flasher unit could also be bad.

I am sending you a little schematic. It looks like your fuse 27 feeds several items such as rear window defogger relay and several switches. It will be the 15amp mini fuse shown of the top right of the schematic.. Best of Luck..
The horn is usually between the radiator and grill Assembly. The fuse is in fuse panel under the dash on the drivers side. Look at the lid and it shows the fuse placement and there use.
