Is the flasher the same one as for the hazard lights? My hazard lights flash however signals come on but do not flash.

Also I bought a replacement flasher but can find where to put it? I looked under the hood, under dash, etc. Where is it - or where can I get a wiring diagram.

Left turning signal blinks rapidly

Find your turn signal flasher under the dash, you should be able to hear it click with the turn signal on. The flasher plugs in and is easily replaced. If you go to a parts store first you can see what yours looks like.

1995 GMC Suburban XLT 4x4 SLT. the top break light works but not the sides. Also the turn signals are not working. Have checked fuses and changes bulbs..What can this be

Turn signals are one of the easiest systems in your car to troubleshoot. Your signal flashers either work or they don't. If they don't, either you need to change the bulbs or you need to replace your turn signal relay. Know more about car diagnostic tools for automobile.

I having problems with the turn signals

replace the bulb with the correct one, sounds like you have a single filament bulb where a double filament bulb goes and it is back feeding power through the parking light system when you turn on the signal.

What is causing my turn signals to blink very erractically on my 1996 F350?

Turn signal circuit works off of resistance values, if a bulb goes out then the resistance value changes and causes the blinker to work faster, you most likely have a bulb that occasionally quits working for whatever reason, prob have a bulb going bad..you just have to be able to check all the lights when it's acting up..

When failed trun signal bulb, Jeep turning signal is fastly blinking. I changed rear turn signal bulb with LED bulb, but turn signal blinking speed doesn't go to normal, At first couple of seconds it is...

Try replacing with the same bulb type as was failed. Flasher unit isusually reliant on resistence from the bulbs to what speed that side will flash at when powered. Some of these led type have less resistence and that equates to a faster flash speed. That is why when one bulb blows that side will flash faster or may even stay on without flashing. You could even swap the led to the other side( to confirm.Check with the bulb retailer to whether they have those bulbs with a higher rated resistence in led.If this vehicle has leds as standard, you may need to get the correct type from dealer. Hope this helps or get back with findings if it still has fault after replacing bulb.

1992 Buick Century turn signal

You may have some corrosion in the socket where you plug in the bulb. This would cause the lights to not blink. Put the turn signal on, and check the lights, front and back. Are then on, and not blinking, or are they not on at all? If the bulbs are good, and they aren't on, it's the bulb socket problem. Get fine sandpaper, fold it around a pencil eraser, sand off any gunk or corrosion inside the socket. It could also be a faulty ground wire, check for a loose wire at the light assembly. front and back.countrycurt0
