Question about 1999 Chevrolet Monte Carlo
Your getting a bad connection . you need to replace your pos. battery cables as well as the connector in front of the fuse box . i have had this same problem before . but before that try this , there is a red wire that connects to the bottom of the pedastill in front of the fusebox its like a 8mm bolt . take that off and clean the connector with some sandpaper for a better connection .
