I think someone has tried to syphon fuel out of my van. I think there used to be a small disk that flipped down when the tank is being filled and then flipped back up when fueling was complete. I assumed it was to keep gasoline vapors from escaping the tank. However I can cannot say that I am positive that it was there when we prchased the van from the dealer.
