I see this problem is listed as a 2000 GMC 1500, yet you discribe the problem as on a 1994 GMC. The two trucks are very different, if it's a '94, them there are relays mounted on the passengers side firewall under a plastic shield, these will make clicking noises. If it's a 2000, the most common cause for that type of noise is the heat shields on the exhaust manifolds . If the noise is only present after [and sometimes while ] the motor is running, that's the most likley the problem.

1991 gmc sierra 1500 p/u-can not locate blower motor speed control resistor. I've looked under dash, pulled out glove compartment, looked on firewall, I give up.

If its not near the blower motor, it may be on the hvac box on the firewall in the engine compartment. It depends on if it has ac or not.
They are usually behind the glove box mounted in the side of the heater box.

Where is the heater blower located

On a 2003 Sierra the blower motor is under the passenger side of the dash. There will be a plastic tirm pannel that will need to be removed to gain access to the blower motor.

My AC and heat will only blow out of my defrost vent and will not switch to vent on my 2000 GMC Sierra also when on outside air whin and tick under dashboard on passenger side

Check the actuator motor under the dash, you may not be able to reach it,there is one under the dash on the bottom of the blower box, this is not the one, this one is the temp door actuator, you need to find the directional door actuator, follow the clicking noise, this is the one that needs attention, the door is stuck,or the actuator motor is bad.If this was at all helpful, please rate.

2005 gmc sierra blower wont turn on

Check the fuse first thing. If the fuse it good then either the blower motor speed control switch, blower motor resistor pack, or the blower motor itself is bad. Normally the speed control switch rarely goes bad. If some of the speeds did not work prior to total failure then the resistor pack is bad. If that is not the case then apply 12 volts directly to the blower motor to see if it is good. If it runs suspect the resistor pack as the culprit.

2004 sierra, fan blower stopped, not the fuses. where is the fan blower switch and how do I replace

get a voltmeter; check for 12vdc at the blower motor with the blower turned on; if there is voltage, the blower motor is bad; should be located behind a panel underneath the dash on the passenger side; if the fan works on 1 or 2 speeds, it is probably the blower resistor located in the same area as the blower; u can check utube for details

Heater only works on levels 3-5 . Levels 1&2 nothing happens

sounds like the blower motor resistor is bad. it's located on the passenger side under the dash behind the blower motor itself. Just changed mine on my 2004 sierra. Fairly easy job to do. Hope this helps :)
