Also check you Mass Air Flow Sensor. If they go bad or get dirty they run terrible. You can purchase MAF cleaner at most auto part stores. Give this a try, its cheap.

do basic tune up plugs air filter fuel filter dist cap and rotor plug wires also verify wires are going to appropriate plug
