Coooling fan head lights wipers wont work

The headlamps/wipers are most likely the multifunction switch, on the steering column side. This is a combination switch for the wipers and headlamps. The removal of steering wheel/airbag need to be accomplished. This should be performed by a professional.
There are 2 cooling fans, you need to verify which one, there is a large connector to fan, verify if you are getting power at the fan motor to determine what is the faulty unit. They are relativly easy to change, the fan and motor will come out as an assembly. .

Cooling fan 01 pt cruiser not workin

If the fan comes on only after you push it, then this indicates a worn or faulty motor within the fan unit.
Replace the fan.

97 saturn is overheating i changed the temp sen and still over heat if i unplug it the fan comes on can i drive with it un pluged

You might have changed the wrong sensor. There are two. The cooling fan sensor will be closer to the radiator, either plugged into the radiator or the thermostat housing. One sensor is for the temp gauge and the other is for the cooling fan, good luck.

Water cooling fans willnot come on

They will not come on untill the engine heats up beyond the normal operating temprature.
There is a engine temprature sensor that sends a signal to a relay for the fans.
The temp sensor could be bad , or the relay. The fans will not normally be running while you are driving , because the air flow caused by the vehicle moving is sufficient to cool the rad enough.
If you were to come to a stop in traffic , the fans might not come on for a minute or two. That is Normal.

Where on the intake is the fan control sensor for a 1997 grand voyager

I am assuming you are meaning cooling fan. Your cooling fan is operated by your vehicle computer, via a coolant temp sensor. Not coolant temp sender!!! The sender goes to your light or gauge. The sensor goes to the PCM, which operates your cooling fan. The first thing to do is check your fan to see if it works. Unplug fan and wire two wires, one to one side of fan plug in, one to the other side of plug, one goes to positive battery terminal, one wire to negative. If fan comes on, you have a bad sensor or relay. If fan does not come on, replace fan.

2003 malibu cooling fans don't work. I have replace the relay and the temp sensor and still nothing. When ever I disconnect the temp sensor the fans come on and work normally, but later in the day I see...

okay pull the temp sensor connector ( disconnect it) and turn car on if the fans run then its the temp sensor.... part # wt3000.
Theres also 3 relays that turn the fans on in the fuse box cooling mode fan relay @15 which is part number 7234. and cooling one # 1 which is 3604, and cooling fan #2 which is 7236.
I have the same car...give me a fan clutch cooling system anyway of the week. simple and efective no problems.
