Sir,

Remove master cylinder-hopefully there is enough room not to have to disconnect brake lines
Remove Brake pedal linkage at brake pedal Remove vacuum line Unbolt and twist vacuum booster to remove

Remove the vaccum operated brake booster pump and replace it with a new one

- Here is a replacement for $50

- Before starting the replacement I reccomend buying the Haynes manual for your Chevy, it will have the whole step by step illustrated procedure, and you can easily replace the part following pictures.
