Question about 1995 Saab 900
Our convertible top finally died. It had been working off & on for the past 3-4 months. If you unlatched the top and it didn't work immediately, if you would just shake it a few times hitting the sensors, it would work. Now it stopped completely. We had an appt with the only remaining Saab dealership/Service dept within 50 miles of us, and they never even looked at it after two days nor offered any apology!!! We would prefer to take it to another mechanic, but just want to have a clue as to whether it is just the sensors or could be a bigger problem.
Look online for a mechanic on the craigslist for your area and call the list of mechanic's in your area and you may find one who can fix your convertible top switch.
