Open the hood, and look at the fender area directly behind the corner lamp. There's a round hole you can look down through. You should see a small whitish colored "lever". That's a latch that locks the indicator in place. Use a screwdriver and push it back and out to disconnect it. Then you should be able to pull the corner lamp forward and off the car. Once it's off, the bulb change is a piece of cake.

The front right indicator bulb is out in my "07 Passat. How do I get to it?

If the one you are trying to change is the indicator bulb near the headlight, you will have to open the bonnet and remove the bulb.
In case of the indicators in the rear view mirror, Its a clip on plastic cover, squeeze it or, stick something at the edges of the reflector and it will come out.

To change a front parking/turn signal lamp bulb on Town & Country models, remove the screw, and hinge the lamp on the tab

With the lamp free of the facia, the bulbs can be accessed by twisting the sockets counterclockwise, and pulling the bulb from the socket

1.Pull the bulb straight out of the socket.
2.Replace the bulb.
3.Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.
4.Verify light operation.

Simple, it just means that one of the right hand flasher bulbs, either back center or front, is burnt out. If all the bulbs are ok, there is probably still one not flashig because of faulty wiring or something in the same line like a switch malfunction or in newer technology, onboard computer malfunction. Being a jaguar, if the bulbs are all OK and you still got a problem, i'd suggest having it checked by the dealer.
