Usually this means that one of your fuel injectors is leaking fuel after the engine is turned off. The pressure in the fuel rail to the injectors remains fairly high even though the fuel pump is not running. One of the injectors is probably dripping fuel into a cylinder and this fuel is seeping past the piston rings and into the crankcase. A fuel pressure leak down test can show if the fuel pressure is dropping after shut down and indicate a slow leak. The injectors will have to be individually pressure tested to see which one is the leaker.
Just to be safe get it to a subaru dealer and get it checked on the diagnostics computer,if too much fuel is going in they can adjust it for max power/economy.depending on what YOU want.(the ignition map is adjustable, but only by subaru)also this engine demands an oil/filter change at 5k intervals, using full synthetic oil.(subaru use 10/40,in Europe/Japan)
