Cherokee turns over but wont start. Has spark, and fuel to the fuel rail. Also injectors are getting power to them

How many miles are on the engine and when was the last time a timing chain was replaced? If there are more than 120k miles, I would start there since you have fire and fuel, the last equations is the timing. You can remove the distributor cap then rotate the crankshaft back and forth while watching the distributor rotor button to kinda guage how much free play you have. There should be very little movement.

Good luck

2006 envoy gas cap won't tighten and the fuel gauge reads empty on fill up and fluctuates back and forth.

You can just replace the gas cap...However about the fuel guage fluctuates back and forth...thats due to the sending unit, which is located on the fuel pump itself

Fuel gage keeps showing empty when its not

These trucks are notorious for bad fuel sending units. I have replaced 100's of them. They are located on the fuel pump which is inside the gas tank. Sometimes if you rock the truck back and forth real hard and then try it, the gauge may go up but it will soon fail shortly after.

1991 Buick Park Avenue Ultra dies while driving. replaced crank sensor, coil pack wiring harness. oil pressure guage flies back & forth

It is most likely a sensor. It is common in these. You may check them with an ohmmeter.
You may also test relays the same way.

A vehicle needs gas and spark to run. One of them is not getting to motor. You can check fuel pressure on test port on fuel rail for fuel.
You can pull off a spark plug, plug it back into wire, lay it on top of motor, have someone else crank, while you watch for spark, Put back in, move to next plug wire.

Will not start, no dash gauges light except "low gas level"

I have a '99 dodge dakota, 4 cyl, 5 speed manual. While researching a no start problem ran across possible solution to this problem. If no guage lights show when key truned to on position then normally a bad ignition switch. With fully charged battery and working ignition switch guage lights should slight up then go out when ignition in "on" position. Try shaking the key back and forth.
