A clicking noise would usually indicate a broken ar faulty CV (constant veloscity) joint located in the front axles. If the tire hit that hard you probably damaged the axle. However depending on the damage, you may have some other piece broken and rubbing on a component, Best to have it checked out immediately before something breaks, and causes another accident.
The only way to know what has been damaged is to take it to an alignment shop, have it put on a rack and inspected. Anything I say will only be a guess. I would stop driving this car until I can have it inspected.
Clicking might be your damaged axle, check the cv axle.
