a circle with 3 squares in each side stayed on in my dashboard while im driving the car. the circle is red as well as the square. what does that symbol mean

- hi, i had the same problem the indicator light circle with three dot left & right inside the meter panel. its happen sometime its on and sometime its off automatically. was it the brake problem? or the brake fluid? dangerous or not to drive while the light is on? - Guest

- Hi, i had a same problem the indicator light with three circle left & right.
but the light is not always red sometime its appear for about an hour and after that its off automatically. and then its happen again after start the engine far about an hour. its seem like the indicator light is on & off every day.

- 2003 325i A circle with 3 squares on each side.was low on break fluid ,filled to max level,drove 150 miles and 4 days later light still on. Has not turned red yet.please help. Scott- side2side

hi, i have a 318i on a 98, that light came on on mine a while ago,its a brake pad warning light, tells you they're getting low, however, the light was orange, not red. hope this helps..
