Question about 2002 Chrysler Sebring
Having trouble starting up. Got it to once by jumping it with my Concorde, but now when I try that it clicks as though it's the starter, only when I unhook the jumper cables it acts like the power is drained as though it needs jumped. Starter, alternator, both, or otherwise? Please, help me out here?
Clicking??? Probably starter/alternator. does the starter turn? The clicking, is that all you get when you turn the key? Have the battery checked and make sure its holding a charge. If battery holds a charge, its time to have your alternator tested, if the alternator checks, then the clicking may be the starter/soleniod. Places like autozone will check the battery/alt for free, provided you can still drive to get there.
