Question about 1996 Dodge Neon
There are three bolts on back side of p/s pump (13mm head) loosen bolts, there is a bolt on front of engine (15mm head) loosen, this will allow the pump slide down to replace belt, to tighten put pry bar on rad support and under the front of pump until the belt tension is proper, keeping tension on pry bar
