My friends Voyager would not turn over, so we put gas directly into the jets - it turned over, but died / is this a fuel pump problem, or a gas filter problem?

It could be the fuel filter or the pump, but as the filter is a cheaper solution and only ever does the car good to change it i would recomend you change the filter first
Hope this helps
