I have a coolant leak coming from the front of the engine where the head meets the block. Its not the head gasket. That has just been replaced and vehicle hasnt been started yet. Is there a freez plug somewhere there?

The only other way I can see this promblem is your water pump/ thermostat not tighten or is loose. If it's not that, check for hose to see if it is loose, or waterpump thermostate gasket is sealed correctly. If not, take a look at your head gasket agian to see if it's properly sealed and tighten. I wouldn't really know what to say, if it leaking from there you head meets the block. It woul most likely be a head gasket not properly sealed.

Freeze plugs are usely lower on the block and on the outside . I f you are leaking head meets the block then its likely the intake manifold gasket if the head gaskets were replaced the intake maniflod had to be removed and a lot of times there harder to set then the head gasketsI would have a take with the guy who replaced the head gaskets. And now it would not be a freeze plug

I had my intake manifold gasket change along with the valve cover gasket. White smoke is still coming out of tailpipe?

White smoke may indicate an internal coolant leak or low coolant reservoir levels. Coolant leaks can also leak into the oil of your car causing it to be frothy or milky looking smoke. You might have a cracked head gasket, engine block, or cylinder head which are all caused by overheating.

I have replaced a cylinder head of my Toyota corolla 160i 2002 sedan model and put new gasket but it's still mixing water with oil, I need help plz

The above are valid answers but knowing what is for sure eases the mind. Questions need answers. How quickly do you lose coolant? Offers an idea how big of a leak you have. Is the exhaust white with humidity? Points to cylinder leaks with possiblity of head leaks. Does a simple radiator pressure test reveal a dramatic loss of pressure with cold coolant? With oil pan off and pressure on the coolant, you may be able to spot the source from beneath or elsewhere. A clean engine may help spot the leaks forming. Through elimination & logic thinking I'm sure you can figure which direction to go. Good luck.

Antifreeze leaking out of right side of engine but only when heater is turned on. doesnt leak otherwise, what could this be

Have a look for a heater control valve that may be leaking in area near firewall on passenger side, just follow your heater hoses.

Coolant leaking from rear of engine where the passenger side head and intake meet the block. The engine seems to run fine. is there anything under the intake that could be damaged or do you think its a head...

That would be a head gasket leak. The motor will run fine there min. change white smoke from exhaust but min. On newer cars the check engine light will engage

The problem is that your oil and anti freeze are mixing not a good thing. Good luck .

Evil caprice

head gaskets can\will leak between the head and block. I would also check where the intake meets the heads. But normally if its leaking there itll get into the oil.check for puddles where the intake meets the block in all four corners of the intake. At the beginning of the cold weather did you have good coolant in it? you may have a freeze plug partially popped out.that, normally that will be caused by weak coolant but they can pop out by age.A freeze plug is a much easier fix than head or intake gaskets.
keep me posted thx.......
