Question about 1997 Ford Aspire
Make sure it is the front wheel bearings that are making the noise - rear bearings get tired to!

THe tire size is very important.
Originally ford aspire had 155 70 r 13.
It is impossible to find the same size in USA.
If you put a bigger tire...then you brake the wheel bearing.
My 2 cents
