Look up your pulling capacity power of your truck.i had a four wheel drive v-6.ford ranger could not pull my 17 foot v-6 malibu boat. i allways had to ask my friends they had v-8 type trucks no problem.if my friends wanted to enjoy them selfs at the lake and water sky no problem.

I need the boat and trailer (stock trailer) weight

Pull the trailer and boat to a scale and weigh it to get the exact weight. Most trucking companies, gravel yards, junk yards or even a state scale where they check for overweight trucks have scales to do that.

I bought a 94 s10 blazer 4.6 vortex transmission, engine and transfer case. The front drive line comes off left side. I have Chevy axles and on front axle, pumpkin on right side. Can they work together...

the drive line "U" joints will be running at the wrong angles as well as possible fouling under the sump of the engine Ideally you will need the correct front axle for this set up

I have a 2007 1/2 ton GMC Sierra. I pull boats

I've never seen this problem, but the guy who said you needed sandbags is probably correct. Other than that, the front suspension should be checked.
