Where is the blend door actuator located on an 89 chevy corsica. base 4 cyl with ac

My info on your model year isn't the best. Are your actuators cable operated or vacuum operated? I'd have to get up under your dash to get at that actuator. Also, look at the hvac housing, under the hood, can you see any actuator hook-ups?

Sorry, I don't have better info. I did find an exploded view, vacuum operated, for 1990, don't know if 89 is the same?

I need the diagram to find a leak

Bad vacuum supply = leak from engine, or bad vacuum check valve keeping vacuum from building up in reservoir. Use vacuum gauge to find problem, or replace cheap check valve and then listen for any leaks.

What could be the problem in 89 Lincoln town car if ac blow hot air when accelerating but when ideling or less then 46 mph blows cold?

I'm no expert when it comes to your vehicle. However it sounds to me as though there may be a vacuum leak somewhere causing the HVAC door that controls the AC/heat to be faulting to the 'hot' side.

Drive the car up to 55 MPH with the AC on. Making sure there is no vehicles close behind you, completely let off the gas pedal and see if it starts blowing cold air right after letting off the throttle. If it blows cold, then it's probably a vacuum leak.

If it doesn't blow cold then it could simply be low on freon or a partially clogged filter in the AC line.

Hope this helps.

How to recharge ac

There are many ways to recharge an ac system but to do it correctly is a bit more in-depth. You can read the ac tag under the hood of your vehicle and purchase a can of coolant then hook it up to the low pressure side as shown on the can. Start the engine and follow their instructions. If you have a leak you should add UV dye to the system to locate the leak then repair as needed. To recharge system I recommend purging the system to a proper catchment contaner, recycle the refrigerant as required. Put an ac manifold on the high and low ports of the ac system (they are sized to only fit in the proper location) then attach a moisture removing vacuum pump create a vacuum in the system of 20lbs at sea level or more. Close the high and low pressure valves and disconnect the vacuum pump connect the refrigerant to the vacuum line, start the vehicle, turn on the ac (fan on low) add the amount of refrigerant that your vehicle tag requires.

Vacuum Leak, the car jurks sometimes while riding.

When the problem is a vacuum leak you also have troubles at idle.
The vacuum can be tested using an hand tool gauge like this.
Vacuum/Fuel Pump Tester Kit
Once you find the leak, replace the leaking part.
Often it is easy to find the leak at a glance, as it is hissing or you notice the air out from the leak. Other techniques are pumping smoke inside vacuum or spreading soapy water on vacuum lines.
check also the EGR valve.
If you need the vacuum system diagram purchase a repair manual like this one : 2000 Cadillac SeVille STS Repair Manual on CDROM .
Here also a free tutorial on vacuum problems.

EGR VALVE ON 96 FORD PROBE SE

If it's a 2.0L, 5 speed (1994-7) there are two DPFE solenoids (both w/ 3 vacuum ports) near the oil filter, which control the EGR valve. They are discontinued and impossible to find except on junked cars. (FORD #'s K5T44093-4)
I have to junk my 1996 Probe if I don't find them - Missouri emissions.
