Have you checked the starter? Sounds like the starter or solenoid. Try turning the key to the on position and use a screw driver to cross the connections on the solenoid. If it cranks, the solenoid is bad. If it engages, but does not crank, it is the starter. You can also have the starter tested for free at most parts stores, if you take it off.
To find your starter, trace your positive battery cable to it. It is attached to your solenoid.
