You will have to determine where the sound is comming from, is it from the engine or near the back at the muffler. It could just be loose or rusted baffels in the muffler or the inside of the cat converter is breaking up.

Could be a wheel bearing, possibly.

I would take it back to Jiffy Lube and complain.

My 2004 Dodge Durango will not start, battery is good the starter sounds good it just won't turn over? It happened after running good the entire morning.

theres wires that go to the starter that could have come loose. sometimes theres fusible links in those wires that go bad.
but most likely you have a bad fuse somewhere

IF FUEL FILTER HAS BEEN REPLACED.FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR IS GOING BAD OR NOT GETTING VACUUM.CHECK VACUUM LINE GOING TO FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR.MAKE SURE ITS GETTING VACUUM.IF YOU SEE GAS IN VACUUM LINE TO REGULATOR.REPLACE FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR.IF ALL IS GOOD FUEL PUMP GOING BAD.
