I need a diagram town and country seats second row installation

sounds like a cable has broke in the back of the seat or a a metal rod had come adrift or broke ,ask a local mechanic to have a look for you .

Possibly the Dodge Caravan, but it would probably be a stretch since the interior is a bit different. You could call your local Dodge dealer and see if they will give you a part number and try to match it up with the Chrysler number to see if they are the same.

There are two handles to be used on the side of the seat. One allows seat to fold forward and the other allows it to lift forward. There is a bar under the front of the seat which releases the cams which hold the seat mounts. Hope this helps.

Pull the headrest up toward the ceiling as far as you are able. There is a small plastic button on the side of one of the metal mounting rods (that go down into the seat). Depress and hold the button and pull up again. The headrest will come right out.

Try disconnecting the power wire to the seat then reconnecting again to see if it starts working again.

Town and Country, Grand Caravan, and Routan are all having this same problem with the VES. 2nd row screen is blank and 3rd row screen shows split screen with no signal. Here is the fix.

I've done this many times
You will need a tubing cutter
Screwdriver
I think a 7 or 8mm socket
hose clamps
the appropriate amount of heater hose
zip ties

cut the steel heater line at the front in a place you can get access to,leave yourself enough steel hose on the rear to allow you to put the heater hose on cut off the steel hose and discard, and use 2 hose clamps on either end do the same for the other heater hose,this way is cheap and easy and permanant.Be sure that when you run the heater hose keep it away from hot or moving parts,use the zip ties to fasten it along the way,this should take about a half hour or so depending on your skills and working conditions,remember to buy some antifreeze to top up the system because you are going to spill some,remember to clean any spills animals love it and it is deadly.
