It is located underneath the car on driver side, nearly under the driver seat. Follow the fuel pipe coming from the fuel tank.

You do not need to take out any fuse, just ensure vehicle is stopped and engine not running, brakes must be on.

Do you have a picture of a 2002 gmc yukon fuel filter?

This particular filter is just an example of the fuel filter for an '02 GMC Yukon XL. The link I've provided is specifically for regular unleaded fuel. If your Yukon is a "Flex Fuel" (can use either unleaded or E85 gasoline) the specific filter/part number will be different. Otherwise the filter itself looks exactly the same. And if you're not certain, the filter should be located along the driver side inner frame rail...below the driver's seat.
Good luck

Climb under the Yukon with the drain pan, box wrench set and new fuel filter. Follow the fuel lines away from the gas tank until you locate the fuel filter, along the frame rail about halfway to the engine. good-day!

Nothing special, a couple metric sockets and a ratchet. Drain fluid and replace filter, the filter just pulls out. Pretty easy job.

Where is teh fuel filter located on my 99 yukon

The fuel filter is located under the vehicle on the inside of the frame rail, drivers side.no special tool is required. A 5/8 line wrench to break loose the fuel lines. There is one bolt that holds the bracket to the frame you'll have to remove. Use caution due to fuel pressure on the line.
