Sry but that is not the problem! it is your signal switch! you have to take it off and take it apart, once its apart you have to scrape the grooves out that have formed. Put it back together once the grooves are out, and your problem will be soled!! thank you and come again!

Its your Hazard light push button module thing my car does the same thing its like a 100 bucks

It can be that a light is not working. u problaly need tocheck them nd the noise will go away.
