1993 twincam max with oil pumping into radiator. runs perfectly, seems to be a one way leak, no water in oil or trans

check the intake or head gasket, for they may be bad. Engine oil leaks can occur at the intake manifold gasket, at a blown head gasket, or within a cracked head or block. good-day !

I replaced intake manifold gasket on5.7 engine.Water started leaking when I filled resivoir. Why?

Assuming that the leak was coming from the gasket that you just replaced, it could be due to several factors which include the following:

1) uneven mating condition, between intake and head due to non removal of the old gasket
2) gasket could have shifted out of position while the intake was being put in place
3) over torquing or un-even mating condition could have caused a crack in the composite intake manifold
4) under torqued intake to head attachments.

There are also quick disconnects for the heater hoses which may not be properly retained. These quick disconnects have been known to crack, creating a leak,

I would first determine where the liquid is coming from and then concentrate on that interface to solve the issue.

Why would I occasionally lose power at random times. When starting the engine , every so often I will lose rpms and the car will stall.

1/ Massive air leak in intake pipe to throttle body.

2/ Bad electrical wire to rear of cylinder head as engine rocks on it's mounts.

3/ Oil pressure too high holding valves oil pump required.

4/ Loose/cracked connection of idle air hose under manifold.

My 97 oldsmobile cutlass supreme is leaking coolant and over heating, why? I also noticed tht the oil is milky. Please help

The most likely source of your problem is NOT a head gasket or cracked head, but the black plastic plenum or "upper intake manifold". These GM engines tend to melt, crack, or warp the plenum because of the hot EGR tube sticking up through the plastic.

If water is getting into your oil (milky looking), your lower intake manifold gasket is probably cracked. Once the plenum is off the engine, there are only about a dozen bolts holding the lower intake manifold on. When you replace the gasket, it is recommended to use an ALL METAL gasket with rubber seals to prevent this from happening again. The metal gaskets cost about $80 where as the plastic ones that are prone to breaking cost about $45. Better to fix it right once than to do it wrong several times.

Also, if you are still using Dexcool coolant (orangeish), be sure to change it every two years or so as it does bad things to seals when it gets old.

Diagram for intake manifold and fuel lines93 ford probe 4 cylinder

I have a 1994 Ford Probe with a Mazda MX6 2L 4 cyl engine.
When I started the car, lots of white smoke comes out of the exhaust.
Thinking it was an oil problem, I had new valve stem seals installed, plus a new head gasket etc, The 4 cylinders all have excellent equal pressure.
This did not solve the problem, as I now realize that the white smoke is actually water steam, and not oil.
The engine fuel mixture is running too rich, as the plugs are
very black.
Is it possible that the problem could be due to something wrong
with the inlet manifold? Could a broken manifold gasket cause these symptoms.
I do not have a car manual, but someone said that they think there is some sort of water pipe which is connected to the inlet manifold. (Which might account for the steam)
Can anyone please give me some advice on this problem.

Where are the fuel filter and 02 sensors located on a 1987 nissan stanza?

I don't know if are cars are built alike. I have a 1990 stanza and the fuel filter is located under the hood on the firewall to the left of the brake booster. Oxygen sensors would be in the exhaust manifold.
