My turning sings and gauges dont want to work and they were worken on it when i bought the car and i took out some relays to panit in the engian part of the car

Not sure what you mean when you say complete diagram but below is the wiring diagram for the headlights only. Other than a possible problem in the switch itself, the only common thing I see is both headlughts have the same ground location. In the last picture I have put an arrow as to the location of that ground which you may want to clean and see if that takes care of it. Hope this helps....
