Hello i have a honda accord 2002 lx i need to know where is the fuse to the 12 volt plug in side the car in the front under the radio

spark and fire test..not with that greenlee. it has a internal fuse for 240 volts. your Honda Accord transform low-voltage (12 volts) electrical power to high-voltage (around 50,000 to 70,000 volts) and pass that onto the spark plugs.
you will smoke it and yourself.

In the fuse box under the hood or in a box behind glove box.

first check all fuses this is done by using a test light 12 volt . put one end to ground or negiative side of battery. touch other end to fuse with key on the light should light on both sides if only one side lights up replace the fuse. if no fuses are bad I suggest testing the alternator .if this was helpful please leave good feed back

The ECM is under the carpet on the passengers side of the car. See image below and directions for removal.

Hi!!

Check for a 15A Fuse labeled FUEL PUMP on the cabin Fuse Box located in the front seating area, driver side, under dash, behind kick panel.

The diagram shows the Main PCM relay controlling the Fuel Pump, but it wont hurt to check the cabin fuse box under hood, passenger side, rear side of strut tower, mounted in fuse/relay box on firewall

the A/C drain may be plugged or you have a water leak into the car. Has it rained recently? or just running the a/c?

i am thinking that the 15 amp fuse is the fuse that protects the ecm circuit replase the O2 sensor wires and check the harnes for a shorted wire.

check under your driver side stereing wheel ore pasenger side front

could be the plug conecting on the back of the outlet under neath the front center console. i have seen them get truned so many times and just un plug from twisting...
