Car suddenly loosin power

It sounds like your ignition source is going out. Typically when coils get older they begin to stop working when they get warmer. You drive the car, it warms up the old coil, you start getting less and less power. The car sits a while, the coil cools, and it begins to work for a while longer.

On my '95 oldsmobile 88 whenever i go above 3000 rpm to fast my car begins to stall out before it finally stalls out. before it does the light and all electronics begin to dim and intensify like a pulse or...

After the stall does the car start back up?. the first place to start would be to have the charging system checked and make sure its tested also at 3000 rpms and see if the voltage is pulsing up and down, then take a look around at your battery connections annd also the ground cable , make sure the ground connections are tight and clean, the one to engine block and also the one to the body of the car, start here with these things first, good luck.

How do i fill my transmission?

There is a fill plug on the side of the transmission, towards the driver's side fender. You have to have the car on ramps, engine running and begin filling. When you start dribbling fluid back out at you, then you are topped off. Recommend having someone start the car while you are ready to begin filling (but not under the car for safety's sake), that way you are not running the engine for too long without the tranny having fluid in it.
