Question about 1994 Nissan Maxima
I agree, probably a starter. I think on the '94 is is on the bottom (up by radiator, passenger side). Very easy to change. Unplug, remove 2 bolts, and then mount the new one.
I have a 94, but never changed the starter (but had to remove it to get to flywheel when changing time belt).
I did replace one in my 2000 maxima. It looked hard to get to and paid mechanic the first time ($350). It went out again because he but some wires against the transmission and they melted and shorted. I bought a new one for $180 and install was also very easy - just had to remove a box that hold the air filter.

The battery is not out of the woods as it can have voltage but no amps this can be caused by dirty battery connections. Looking doesnt work take apart and clean anyway works most of the time. Your old camery has several connectors right on the positive cable that hoks to the battery these get rusted and dont make. tak them off and clean them too. the **** that comes off of these parts can hurt you and your eyes. always disconnect the negative cable first when working around batteries and connect it back last. crossing the battery with a wrench can get a good battery to explode, A bad battery can explode just making a spark or flame near it. If it cranks good and still doesnt start the wires at the cable still can be why the radio doesnt come on as they have there own connection here.
