There are usually only 2 ways to replace tail lights -- either unscrew the lens from the outside if there are screws showing, or, (more likely with this older model), open trunk, find the access panel and remove it, then reach in and unscrew the light socket by turning 1/2 turn counterclockwise.

Left turn signals won't flash, Right side works fine. Replaced front and rear turn bulbs (rear was burned out). Bulbs come on fine on the left side, they just won't flash.

Gday mate, we had a problem with another late model vehicle similar to that, the bulb that was put into the reverse light was not exact brand product ( ohmage was slightly wrong ) and fowled up computer, correct bulb in place and disconnect battery to reset K A M ( keep alive memory) problem solved, BEWARE, some vehicles cannot have KAM reset except for dealer computer tethered reboot , just try putting the factory correct bulb(s) in and see how it goes, geoff. hope this helped.

How do you replace the rear turn signal bulb

There is either an excess panel behind the lights in the trunk, you take off the cover and the lamp holder and replace the bulb. However on some GM cars the taillights assembly has to be removed to gain access to the bulbs. Buick used both methods over the years.

Replace rear turn signal bulb

Typically you should be able to open the trunk and pull the liner from the very back of the trunk to access the tail lights.

Where is the battery ?

the battery is in the engine compartment, should be on front passengerside, the signal is done from under the rear of the front lamp.

Turn signal not working

i had this same problem and i alleviated it by replacing the column switch which isnt an easy task and I used a manual (which can be obtained at the library for free or you can buy one at your loccal book or auto parts shop)

Turn signal lamp burnt out

I think you have to open the trunk, lift the carpet back and there should be things that look like plastic knobs that have the bulb inside them, Should be 1157 or so bulbs.
