I just had my 05 Chrysler 300 towed because it wont start. The battery was checked and was low but once it was charged the lights and dashboard features work but still doesnt start. The alternator belt was checked and it was fine. Could any of the starter fuse cause this problem?

do not try to start. when light flashes it ususally indicates an immediate failure to engine. trying to start will damage parts that are expensive to fix. i suggest to tow car to local mechanic for servicing. did u get any trouble codes from a code reader?
The warning light is telling the driver there is a problem with the throttle control and that component would need to be tested with a meter. The first thing you should do is have the computer scanned for trouble codes to point you in the right direction. You may have to tow it to a shop.
Either your battery is shot and no longer will take a charger and your PCM is noticing low voltage or your alternator is not longer charging well enough to provide adequate voltage to your PCM. THese are 2 signs of the battery light
