2005 mazda 3 , has a miss in it when the car is in gear. I had a new battery put in the car 2 weeks ago and the car is missing realy bad. If I put the car in nutral it is better , but if the car is i gear I have to keep my foot on the gas , becuase it is missing so bad I do not want it to stall, which it has done this too. Does the car need to be reset do to changing the battery ??? I have ovr 100,000 mile on this car . but it has been a realy good car

Have the battery tested. Even though the battery is "new" it may have been out dated, could have sat on a concrete floor wish drains the battery, could have a bad cell and so on.
Retailers should check dates on batteries and remove and replace once they are 6 months old. Unfortunately some places just don't do it or they do but some get missed.
If you look on the battery, depending on brand, they generally have 2 stickers on the side one is manufacture date and one is shipped date. If the shipped date is more than 6 months old the battery may not be fully charged.

If the coil pack did not resolve the issue you are experiencing, then you may either have an injector issue, or a faulty PCM-powerterain control module, also known as the vehicle's computer.
Sounds like bearings to me. Jack car up and check for play. may be hard to detect. May only be on one side. car is kind of new to have bearings going out. That it is quiet on turns is usually a dead giveaway, but usually only gets quiet when turning a certain direction and not the other.
sorry but,,if u have a miss fire in #3 ,,that's coil or wire or plug or injector,,,dont know y they replaced the battery or alt unless they were bad??? hope it helps
If all OK then motor probably got some **** on the brush gear get sombody to help you, firmly apply hand brake.... ENSHURE IS IN NUTRAL OR PARK!
while they hold kek in crank position tap the starter motor with a hammer to free the crrap... that shuld do it!

Check small wire at starter for 12volts with 12v test light. If no power then...check fuses(blown or MISSING) and move gear shift to neutral and see if it cranks. Could be defective or incorrectly adjusted park neutral switch.
