The blower is not always working. Sometimes it would go on while I'm driving. When AC is on you can tell it is cold right by the register, or if it's on warm it is warm. I checked the relay and it's fine.

I'd recommend you buy a Haynes or Chilton aftermarket service manual, they are <$20 US and will be available at nearly any chain auto parts store.
Either will give you enough information to find and possibly remove the blower assembly.

Clicking noise when heater is turned on passenger side

The fan connected to your blower motor is loose, rubbing the sides of the case, or a rodent has decided to build its nest in your heaterbox and what you hear is the fan contacting the nest material.

This is a common problem. It is much more common in vehicles that do not move for several days at a time. It is usually caused by rodents getting into the blower housing and building nests.

The blower motor assembly must be removed to clean out the debris. Here are the instructions for your vehicle:

BLOWER MOTOR

Removal and Installation

Disconnect the negative battery cable. Remove right front door scuff plate. Remove kick panel. Remove lower dash trim panel. Unplug blower motor connector. Remove blower motor. To install, reverse removal procedure.

Big job...you have to open the dash to get at the housing. If you don't have the tools, bring it to a trusted garage.

A/C is cold but hardly blowing

The blower motor is either bad or there is a rodent nest in the basket. Remove the blower from the heater box and inspect. If there is not a nest in basket then the blower will need to be replaced.

Removalof dashboard

Before you take the dash off, try this: Remove the cover under the glove box. Remove the 3 screws that holds the fan motor onto the blower housing. Pull the fan motor down. Look for the rodent, or a nest. Look up, to see if a cabin air filter is installed, remove it & clean/replace. It would be very difficult for the rodent to get past the A/C evaporator & into the heater ducts, as they enter first thru the fan area. The fan usually traps the rodents.
