Please check the power window fuse as this could be blown out in your car or the power window motor may be defective or cable must have been snapped out its place ,Please get it checked.....

I have an EOS VW 2009 and it had 5 window switches in the driver side door to the front windows and back windows and a switch to push all four windows down/up at the same time. But right now my passenger...

Hi Kimberli,

I suspect that since all windows can be powered up and down, you have issues with I believe 2 specific switches you mentioned that have problems - as a result of possible rain water, melting snow / ice or spillage of beverages. You might be able to clean them up - or replace the ones that are "flaky"

Good luck!

Power window making noise, but window won't go up or down

Need to take off the door card (the soft lining on the door) and take a good look at the levers in the window mechanism, one has jumped out of position and may need replacing.

Drivers window goes down but won't go up electric windows

you have a bad window motor it doesnt have the power to push the window back up the reason it will go down is becasue the weight of the window helps push itself down but the motor is to weak to push the window back up replace the window motor and you will be all set

Passenger Side Windows arent working

IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU EITHER NEED A NEW WINDOW REGULATOR. THE MOTOR MAY STILL BE GOOD BUT THE REGULATOR MAY NOT BE ALLOWING THE WINDOW TO ROLL DOWN OR UP, BECAUSE IT IS WORN OUT.

The windows don't work right

If the passenger front window switch operates up & down correctly the left drivers side switch is bad and needs a replacement switch

My window went down and would not come up. The 3 other windows goes down w/o problems. What may be the problem?

The window rests in a track to guide it up and down. The window will fall of this track causing the window to stay down. You can probly grab the window and pull it up but it will not stay it needs to be put back on track. You can do this by pulling off the door panel and working the window back in place and pushing the track tight agiant the window and adjusting them as need be. If this starts happing alot it will need a new window motor and regulater.

Good luck

Back windows won't roll down

Check the fuses. All electric circuits have a fuse associated. If can't find or fuse is ok, it might have a fusible link. Get a schematic from a repair manual.
