you have a breach between cooling and combusting, so your coolant is inside your cylinders and then being pumped out the exhaust. this is not a good thing, only fuel/air mix is supposed to be in there. at a minimum you are looking at a head gasket, could be even worse such as a crack. need to get to a real mechanic who can put his eyes and hands on it.
The best way to tell if a head gasket is blown is to buy the test kit from AutoZone, Advance Auto or NAPA and test the radiator fluid for combustion gases. This is a very positive and determing test that leaves very little doubt. There are other ways to test for a blown head gasket but this is the easiest and quickest way and the test kit is easy to use, you don't have to be a mechanic to use it.
Hope this helps.

HEAD GASKET PROBABLY ALRIGHT.YOU HAVE TO LOOSEN HEAD BOLTS IN SEQUENCE BACK OFF A LITTLE AT EACH BOLTS.IF HEAD GASKET LOOK DAMAGE AT BOLT HOLES REPLACE HEAD GASKET.
If there is no visable water drip, or puddle, then it sounds like a head gasket could be the problem as they are aluminum engines. I used a block sealer from the auto parts store and solved my proble. It was called block seal, and has copper in it. Cost - $8.00, but you will also need anti-freeze and a flush kit, as you have to remove all the water and anti-freeze for the stuff to work. Hope this helps, can't hurt. Good luck.
You can get a Dyno tune done at a speed shop. Drive down to the local speed shop and they would know the best guy's in town to Dyno tune your engine.
You can work with the tech to tune your toyota the way you want it to perform. Can change the shift points to the transmission, RPM limit, and speed limit too.
Going to keep it simple so do the K&N filter, good spark plugs and wire, and Dyno tune.
Good luck and keep me posted. be glad to answer more questions
