Question about Toyota Celica
The water is getting in through the "B" pillar. Remove the seat belt bolt and take off the plastic panel. You will see two 8mm nuts that are holding the outside black "B" pillar trim. Remove the two nuts and pull off the "B" pillar trim. Apply silicone all around the inside of the "B" pillar trim and around the two threads + clip. Re install everything. No more wet seat belt ;)
