Actually just unlpug all the hoses and take any thing than is on the way to remove it, then afer you replace it, some over flow bottles for the cooling systems have, a little plastic bolt by the cooling system cap have the bolt loose while you fill it with coolant and then it will remove any air trap on the cooling system then tie the bolt when system is full and place the cap on.

I would have your front brake rotors checked. A bad rotor will cause excessive vibration.

BMW 530i 2001 engine struggles under load

If a coil was bad, it would be missing or misfiring. Could be a clogged filter or a weak fuel pump. To check have the fuel pressure tested. If pressure is good, a tune-up might help.

I have no heat! i have replaced the thermostat, hose to radiator and heater control valve the heater coil has leaked maybe 2 or 3 drops but nothing major (2001 530i)

If your heater core is leaking that it a good sign that it is your problem. When the heater core gets plugged up it has a tenancy to leak. The water can not flow through freely and causes it to leak.

I would recomend looking behind the left access cover in the trunk where the navigation computer is located. Inspect the area for any water intrusion, and if possible check the connections to the navigation computer for water or corrossion. the display colors are generated by the navigation computer via RGB lines. If the nav computer is cutting out, that would explain why a battery reset helps restore the picture.
