Does the rotor turn? You may have a broken timing belt. Check the ignition fuse/relay? Could be a cam sensor. Could be a loose connection, or when the tune up was done they moved a wire and it was too close to the exhaust and burned. So many possibilities, start with the basics.
Rough idling can be caused be `ye olde vacuume leake'.HaHa! So check for THAT first.I have also seen those cars eat a set of spark plugs and wiring pretty fast, so remove a coupla' plugs(they're easy to get to if engine's cold)and check their condition. (:^) don-ohio
The mechanic that did the tuneup might have got cap/rotor position screwed up. If what you listed is all they replaced thats the most likely thing. Or they mixed up the position of a couple of spark plug wires. Those are the 2 things to check.
Tune-up --- as in spark plugs?
No tune-up in my world, in the last15 to 20 years
ECM/PCM has been tuning all vehicles since 1980
An EVAP Code for a small leak or any evap issue,

i would get a get the oem service manual their better than chiltons , you can find them on ebay , a couple websites might help out is car-part.com in case u wanna save money and go used for parts and if you wanna go new rockauto.com is a good place ..... just make sure u have a shop pull a vacuum after its all together u can charge it youself after the system is evacuated out cause theyll charge u $200 to what u can do for like $50 from auto parts store, some parts stores use to loan vacuum pumps, good luck btw compnine.com might still have diagrams on your car
I would change all the fluids and either try dry gas or i would recommend that the gas tank be thoroughly drained and new gas put in the tank.If you have a hard time getting started try to use starter fluid in carburetor or if you have none just use gas. If the vehicle is equipped with fuel injectors locate air filter and follow air duct to engine that is where starter fluid or gasoline will have to be pored to prime the injectors.if it don't start the engine should be tuned up with a major tune up replace all filters ect even if it starts without tune up i would tune it up asap!
