1also if the repaired wheel has not been balanced correctly you will get a rumble and steering wheel shake at certain speeds ensure your wheels are balanced.
2. the wheel puncure may have disloged the plastic shirting up in the wheel arch. this may be flapping once you get up some speed. ensure it is secure.

These vehicles are frequently exhibiting wheel bearing problems...sometimes sounds like a "rumble". Could be that pothole incident has caused damage to the bearing. Cheers, Patrick
