you may have an issue with the bulb socket itself, pull the bulb out and look for corrosion in the socket. If their is corrosion clean it usiing battery terminal cleaner and then coat with bulb grease (both available at any auto parts store. If the Bulb socket is in good condition then it may be the headlight switch itself or the wiring harness to the light.
Check your headlight fuses...Most Hondas, have two different fuses, one for the left side, and one for the right side...Also double check the bulb you just replaced...Put it on the other side and see if it works..And the one that work put it on the other side to see if it works....But from what you asked, it sounds like the fuse is blown..Goodluck
reasons bulbs keep blowning.your head light bulbs is halogen bulbs.dont touch with bare hands.the oils on your hands will make them over heat and blow.so use clean gloves on your hands when replacing the head light bulbs.if all is good.check alternator out put.it could be overcharging causing too much current flow through electrical circuit blowing out bulbs.use a digital volt meter hook it battery with car running battery voltage should be 13.5 to 14.5 volts. if it is 15 to 16 volts too many volts.alternator is faulty.due to lock out features turn off radio before disconnecting battery cables so you wont lose radio playing code.
