I need to chage spark plugs but i am not sure where they are located i looked but didnt see them

Hi, viewer! The spark plugs of the engine is being concealed underneath the top engine dress cover. Remove first the engine oil cap turning it conterclockwise to remove.. Then grasp the engine dress cover from side to side while pullling upwards. There are no bolts, and there are only 2 pins holding the cover from below. Just pull carefully upwards with enough force to detach . With the cover removed, you will easilly see one row of the spark plugs in front of you. The other row, is on the other side of the engine, near the firewall. And don't forget about the oil cap when fixing it all back. Was that okay? I hope wyet-helped, goodluck! : )

Is there a diagram of how to chage spark plugs in 2003 kia sedona
What engine configuration do you have? On most cars it is as simple as removing the plug wires (on some cars, the integral coil packs) and unscrewing the spark plugs (they will be deeply recessed into the engine) It is not a difficult procedure, so check youtube for a how-to the model of car is barely important here.

don't think the oil had anything to.do with it you might of crossed the spark plug wires when is the last time you replaced your spark plug wires, these can cause the problem, also cap and rotor, plus fuel filter to cleaning fuel injectors to, I find Lucas fuel treatment works great, been using it on customers cars and trucks now for 6 years and get good feed back but first start out to make sure you have spark, and fuel haven't worked on these, but your timming chain/belt could of jumped or stretched out make.sure you have fuel pressure

If you notice the motor look like a Box to me Well Seal, The only think I will suggest To send your Baby To a Certified First Class Mecanic Garage ..Or do it on your risk ... If you have a set of Mastercraft metric Rachet size 16 or 17size socket with a long extention Those Spark Plug are realy deap on the block motor
Gently go conter clock wise till you remove the spark plug That must be bosh Spark Plug I presume the Spark Plug...To be honest I never chage Spak plug on those Car But it possible with Patience.... and off course with caution mamamia Good Lock

Where are the spark plugs located on a mitsubishi outlander 2004?
spark plugs are under valve cover. Each plug has its own coil pack module. Plug is under this. Be ware, factory plugs may have to be ordered ( $ 15 - 20 ea.) , depending on parts stores in your area. here in Canada, some stores had wrong computer listings for all brands of plugs for this car!! The factory plugs are NKG Iridium, and are longer than conventional plugs!! I'm about to change mine ( 160000 KM's).Looked at plugs cpl mths ago, didnt look too bad. Hope to get another 160 K's from new ones ! Good luck .!

Trying to find where spark plug number 5 is located in engine
this is a 2001 ford escape,you didnt list the engine but since your looking for # 5 sparkplug its got to be a v6 engine 3.0, heres a diagram to show you where all the cylinders are,sparkplugs go with cylinders, so your looking for plug 5 thats in cylinder 5,hope this helps.2ddddb6.gif

1 - High Tension cable
  • 4 to 8 Kohms
  • With suppression connector and spark plug connector
  • Only remove and install spark plug connector using tool T10029
2 - Ignition coil with output stage (-N70-, -N127-, -N291-, -N292-)
Connection, ignition wires:
  • HV1 = Cylinder 1
  • HV2 = Cylinder 2

How to chage spark plaugs - 05 Outback
the spark plugs are recessed in cylinder head,easyiest way to do remove air filter box on passanger side,remove spark plug wires give a twist then pull use 5/8 socket a3/8 swivel and a 12 inch externsion along with 3/8 rachet theses are tools of the trade, the extensions may not be avaible to you but these tools take the bending over and frustration out of the job, the plugs on the drivers side are easier nothing to remove but the wires good luck

Where is spark plugs?
depending on the year and engine size, but they should be in the center of the valve cover under the coilpack.

Most of the newer cars have independent coil packs and they sit right on top of the plugs, there are usually 2 10mm bolts that hold them on.

Disconnect the electrical wire to the coil and remove the bolts and the coil should pull straight up.
