In the trunk is ur actual battery and under the hood is a terminal to jumpstart or charge it without going in the trunk.

2007 CHEVY COBALT CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON AND THE FAN IS CONSTANTLY RUNNING

this is normal for most vehicles, it is because the water temp in radiator continues to rise after you shut the engine off. would not worry about it unless it dose not shut off at all. or never runs

How do I change out tail light on a 2007 chevy cobalt.

You can probably access the light from the trunk.
1) Remove the two screws revealed when the trunk lid is opened.
2) Unscrew upper cargo net anchor, you will see 3 or 4 wing nuts.
3) Pull back carpet wall, remove nut on threaded rod.

Open the trunk. There are two small handles at the top of the opening. Pulling them will release the seatback latches.

Car won't start, how do i charge the battery? for a 2006 chevy cobalt

I would recommend hooking the charger up right to the battery which is located in the trunk under the carpet.
You can hook up the charger under the hood to the remote jumper postivie post and to any ground. If I remember correctly there is a strut bolt right next to the remote positive post.
Either way will work but I'd go with the first one.

2006 Chevy Cobalt cuts off if ac is running

this may be a compresor issue, when the car is normal(a/c off) the compressor is not draging the engine, how ever when on if the compressor is goin bad(seizing) will turn your engine off and the belt will drag. have you compressor checked and also see if the system is over charged.

It sounds like there is something very major wrong with your ride. I think it would have something wrong with the fuse box or computer system.
