turns over but will not start tries acts like it is fuel starved i have changed pump and have fuel at rack

- COULD IT BE A SENSOR AND IF SO WHICH ONE IT GAVE NO SIGNS OF PROBLEMS THEN QUIT PLEASE HELP I AM MY FATHERS ONLY WAY TO THE DOCTOR THANKS
