Got spilt inside where? If it was the cylinders/combustion chambers the oil would have been burnt and gone in the first minute of running. White smoke is fairly common on cold morning due to condensation and disapears quickly, if it occurs at other times maybe it's coolant getting into the cylinders and maybe whoever did your head didn't do too good a job

My car had ovetheated and wont start. so how do i found out if my engine is blowen

I would check you water and oil to make sure they haven't mixed. Take oil filler cap of and if there's any white frothy glue there the chances Are your head gasket or cylinder head as warped. Same thing if you check water level and if there's any oil in water the same outcome will be the same. If all is well then try to have a compression test done

1994 Mazda B3000 V6 engine oil pushes into coolant. Have to add engine oil all the time and drain the recovery bottle. 65,000 miles. Never been overheated.

Failure of head gasket between cylinder head and block.

Because oil pressure is higher than coolant pressure, oil will creep across poor sealing area of head gasket from the oil riser drilling that feeds the cylinder heads cam assembly's.

Worst case scenario would be a cracked cylinder head/s. No totally unheard of but rare.

Continued oiling of the coolant system will rot out the coolant hoses from the inside to the point they will burst.

Due to the year of this engine it may be prudent to find a used engine with less miles and swap it out.

When I start the car after it has been parked for some time it smokes a lot. i have done the cylinder head. but the problem is still there.

If the smoke is a blueish color then you probably have worn oil rings that need to be replaced.Check the pcv valve to see if it clogged. If it is white in color,Have a compression check done on the cylinders to make sure there is no internal leak.

My 94 929 mazda won't start

You probably have a blown head gasket, not allowing you to get enough compression built to start the engine.

Rent a compression tester from AutoZone (You get your money back when you take it back) and use it. If the compression on each cylinder is less than 100 PSI, you've got some issues. The cylinders should also be somewhat balanced.

yes a head gasket failure cancause this. spary oil, wd-40 into those 3 cyc;lindersand see if cmpression increases. if it does you need rings. if it does not you need a head gasket.
