Usually a clicking is from a dead battery. Have you had the battery tested? If it is good, check the battery connections to make sure they are not corroded and/or loose. After that, the next step would be to check the alternator.

Turn key on, but doesnt even click. battery and starter are fine

This may be due to a bad neutral safety switch, is this car automatic or manual transmission?

If automatic try to start in neutral and if manual try to locate switch on clutch pedal and use a jumper wire to jump connector for switch, NOTE; If switch is jumped car will start in gear with pedal not pushed down and car will take off so this is just as a test not a repair!!!!!, good day

97 chrysler sebring starts sometimes after turning key several times, sometimes the first time, hear clicking and starter has been tested and is fine.

Check the positive wire to the starter... Then check the starter for a bad engine ground . By taking a test light to the positive terminal and touching the case of the starter and have someone crank the car( in the no start state) if the test light lights up , then you know you have a faulty ground

Starter just clicking but only starts after 10 times

Sounds like a bad starter. First, get the alternator and battery tested, this can be done for free at an autozone or similar auto parts store. If they test fine, I'd say it's definitely the starter.

Just finished driving car, tried to start it back up and nothing happens. Radio works fine, lights come up but car won't start.

if starter is not engaging or clicks then have battery load tested. if battery checks good then test the voltage draw on the starter, may be dragging when it gets hot.

1989 MAZDA MPV NO CRANK NO START STARTER TESTS GOOD.

Assuming you've checked the battery for a possible short and both the battery and the starter for loose connections, no click sounds like a faulty starter solonoid, which could work intermittently.

Truck ran fine shut off started 4hrs later would not start

check your fuses/relays for starter,if both are good then check to see if the ground cable is connected to engine block. if that is good then remove starter and jump test to see if it is any good. u can still get a bad starter even if it is new.

Battery voltage tests fine but 06 corolla will not start

Voltage doesn't start cars ..Amperage does. Try to jump start and if it still clicks then your starter is suspect.

the belt which you have recently fitted is over tight which is not allowing the motor to run so try to fit a belt by making it somewat loose which will make the motor run
